Keisha D. Bluford is the daughter of Rev. Lewis C. Harrelson and Elivina P. Ruffin and is the oldest of four siblings, Charles, Conswalia, Traval and Jerry. She is happily married to Eric Bluford and has three daughters Erica, Erice, and Erin.
Rev. Bluford graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Central University in 1998 with a Bacherlor's Degree in Elementary Education. She taught for three years before deciding to go to Law School.
Attorney Bluford graduated from North Carolina University School of Law in 2004 and since then has been a solo practitioner at the Law Offices of Keisha D. Bluford in Graham, NC, litigating primarily in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense.
Rev. Bluford accepted her calling to preach the gospel in late 2013, preached her initial sermon April 27, 2014, and was ordained through the Cedar Grove Association on August 11, 2017. Rev. Bluford is most passionate about her service as Pastor of Grace Outreach Ministry.
Her favorite scripture can be found in Proverbs 3:5-6; Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.
